- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 c. raw rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 medium onion
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 c. tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Shred cabbage; brown meat, onion and garlic.

2Place in large casserole dish.

3Place cabbage in bottom, then layer of rice and meat mixture.

4Dilute soup with water.

5Season to taste.

6Pour over top; do not stir.

7Bake 1 hour at 325°.

8Check to make sure liquid has not cooked away; add more water if needed.
