- 1 medium size head cabbage
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- seasonings to taste (onion powder, garlic powder, etc.
- 2 c. White Sauce
Directions

1Cut up cabbage in medium sized chunks and steam.

2In greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, put one layer of cabbage.

3Add 1 scattered layer of grated cheese, then one layer of White Sauce.

4Repeat until dish is practically full.

5Melt 2 tablespoons margarine. Add bread crumbs and mix.

6Cover cabbage casserole with bread crumb mix.

7Dot with margarine and place in oven for 30 minutes at 350°.
