Cabbage Casserole

  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Place cooked cabbage in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Combine soup, cheese and milk in a small saucepan.

    Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

    Pour over cabbage.

    Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
