- 2 avocados
- 1/4 c. finely diced white onion
- 3/4 c. finely diced plum tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. minced serrano chiles
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 c. small diced mango
- 1/4 c. small diced jicama
- 2 tbsp. chipotle puree, or to taste
- 2 tbsp. salt, or to taste
- Lemon juice, optional depending on the avocado ripeness
Directions

1In a medium bowl add the avocado and smash it down with a fork until it is smooth but has some small chunks.

2Add onion, tomato, serrano, cilantro, lemon, mango, and jicama and toss until ingredients incorporate evenly.
