  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 4 c. cabbage, shredded or chopped
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Melt margarine and add enough stuffing mix to take up liquid. Put about 1/3 to 1/2 in bottom of greased casserole dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients and put in dish.

    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.

    Bake in 375° preheated oven for 30 minutes.
