- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 medium cabbage
- 2 c. American cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. wine (optional)

4Add ground beef and brown and season.

5Cut cabbage into squares. Add to beef mixture.

7slowly until the cabbage becomes translucent (about 10 minutes).
