- 6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 can undiluted tomato soup
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Grease bottom and sides of 2-quart casserole.

2Place 3 cups cabbage in it.

3Saute onion; add ground beef.

4Heat through, but do not brown.

5Spread on top of cabbage.

6Add remaining 3 cups cabbage.

7Top with soup, spreading to cover.

8Bake in 350° oven until cabbage is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
