- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 2-quart casserole.

3Remove outer leaves from cabbage.

4Shred cabbage; cover with boiling water.

5Boil for 5 minutes; drain.

6Beat eggs until foamy.

7Add sour cream, salt and pepper; beat until smooth.

8Stir in cabbage and pour into casserole dish.

9Dot with butter; sprinkle with cheese.

10Bake for 30 minutes.
