- 1 small cabbage
- 1 can corned beef
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- cornbread batter

1Cut cabbage as for stir-fry.

2If you like your cabbage tender, cook for a while before starting your casserole.

3Place cabbage in casserole dish.

4Mix celery soup with 1 can of water; pour over cabbage.

5Crumble corned beef over cabbage and celery soup.

6Mix mushroom soup with 1 can of water; pour over corned beef.

7Make cornbread batter according to your recipe, adding a little more milk to make batter thinner.

8Pour over casserole; bake until bread is as brown as you like it, about 30 to 40 minutes at 425°.
