Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • grated cheese (any kind)
  • Ritz or Town House crackers
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Boil cabbage until about done.

    Put 1/2 cabbage in bottom of casserole.

    Cover with a layer of cheese and rest of cabbage.

    Mix milk with cream of celery soup.
  5. 5
    Pour on top of cabbage.

    Add more cheese.

    Melt margarine and mix with crushed crackers.

    Put on top of cabbage mix and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
