- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 3 c. raw shredded cabbage
- 8 oz. water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayo
Directions

1Mix corn flakes and melted butter and cover bottom of pan. Layer the next 4 ingredients.

2Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the top.

3Top with remaining buttered corn flakes.

4Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
