Cabbage Casserole

  • 4 c. cabbage, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. corn flakes or cracker crumbs
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated cheese

    Chop cabbage.

    Melt margarine in dish.

    Put 1/2 of crumbs into dish with melted margarine.

    Add cabbage.

    Sprinkle cheese over cabbage; top with rest of crumb mixture.

    Mix milk, soup and mayonnaise in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Pour over cabbage dish. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
