- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 head cabbage (6 c. shredded)
- 2 or 3 thinly sliced potatoes
- 1/2 or 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine until soft.

2Add meat, salt and pepper.

3Cook until meat is no longer pink.

4Place half of the cabbage in a large casserole.

5Cover with meat mixture and potatoes.

6Add remaining cabbage.

7Pour soup over top.

8Cover and bake 1 hour at 350° or until cabbage is tender.
