- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 1/2 c. fresh and frozen red raspberries
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine eggs, milk, oil and lemon extract; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

2Fold in raspberries.

4Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
