- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. boiled rice
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper

2cabbage as you would to smother and boil in salted water until

4but still green.

5Drain and reserve the liquid. Melt

7margarine in a deep skillet and fry ground meat with onions,

10seasonings until brown.

11Mix cabbage with the meat, adding mushroom soup, green onion tops and
