- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 head cabbage, approximately 2 lb.
- 3 oz. Cheddar cheese
