- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 head cabbage (medium)
- 1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
- sour cream
Directions

1Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain well.

2Slice cabbage; place on ground beef and cover.

3Cook on low heat until cabbage is tender.

4Cut Velveeta in small chunks over cabbage; add sour cream.

5Cook until cheese melts.

6Pour into a casserole dish.

7Top with buttered bread crumbs.

8Bake at 375° for approximately 20 minutes, or until cheese bubbles.
