  • 1 head cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. buttered cracker crumbs

Directions

    Cook cabbage until almost tender; drain and place in casserole dish.

    Combine other ingredients in a saucepan and cook until smooth.

    Pour over cabbage; top with buttered cracker crumbs and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
