- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 13 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pimientos
Directions

1Trim outer leaves of cabbage, quarter head and cut out core.

2Shred cabbage fine.

3About 9 cups.

4Place in a large bowl.

5In a glass far add oil, vinegar, seeds, sugar, salt, pepper.

6Shake well, pour over cabbage.

7Add peppers and pimentos, toss lightly, cover.

8Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
