- 1 medium head cabbage, cut in 1-inch strips
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2/3 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1/4 c. sour cream
Directions

1Put cabbage, butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk together and put in baking dish.

2Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

3Add green pepper, onion, cheese and mayonnaise.

4Mix all together and bake another 20 minutes.
