  • 2 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 1 cup Minced Chicken
  • 2 Onions
  • 10 Garlic pods
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder

    At first wash minced chicken..

    Boil with salt n black pepper.

    Strain n squeeze all chicken broth.

    Keep in a big bowl.

    Boil water in a pan.. Blanch the Cabbage for five-minute.

    Squeeze well n add it to in Chicken.

    Now add chopped onion, garlic and ginger.. Add all ingredients except oil..

    Mix well.. Make small size balls..

    If u feel it's need more gram flour for binding.. Add Two tbs more..

    Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.. Fry all balls.. First keep flame low... Flip the side..

    When both side get light brown colour then do flame medium n fry both sides till golden brown colour..

    Take out n keep it tissue paper.. Then serve with tomato sauce.
