- 1 head cabbage, chopped up (cut up)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large can tomatoes, chopped
- chopped hot pepper
Directions

1In a large pan, put the oil in.

2Add the cabbage and small amount of water; stir and cook until the cabbage is fried some. Add onions, peppers, tomatoes and enough water to cover.

3Cook slowly for at least 2 hours.

4Put enough hot pepper to make it hot.

5Add salt to taste.
