- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Add cabbage and juice. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2Remove from heat; stir in chopped parsley and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
