- 1 head green cabbage
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
Directions

1Cut cabbage into 1-inch square pieces and put in a 5-quart Dutch oven.

2Add water and start to cook on low heat.

3Cut sausage into bite size pieces and add to cabbage.

4Add tomatoes and juice; stir well.

5Cover and cook until sausage is done.

6Cooking time: approximately 30 minutes.
