- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- soy sauce to taste
Directions

1In a large heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.

2Add the remaining ingredients except the soy sauce.

3Stir the mixture until the vegetables are lightly coated with the oil.

4Cook, covered, for 5 minutes.

5Sprinkle the mixture with soy sauce. Serve hot.
