- 1. Cabbage - 200 gms
- 2. Chopped Green chilly - 3 nos
- 3. Chopped curry leaves -2 sprig
- 4. Chopped coriander leaves -2 sprig
- 5. Gram flour - 1 cup
- 6. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- 7. Corn flour -2 tbsp
- 8. Salt -To taste
- 9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- 10. Chili powder -11/2 tsp
- 11. Asafoedita -1/4 tsp
- 12. Baking powder -2 pinch
- 13. MSG-Ajinomoto -4 gms
- 14. Water -As required
- 15. Refined oil -For deep frying

1Clean & cut the cabbage square shape or Cubes then keep it aside.

2Take one pan and add gram flour, rice flour, corn flour ,salt all powder spices along with baking powder and Ajinomoto then add water as required make a fine batter.(not too watery).

3Add chopped cabbage, green chilli chopped coriander and curry leaves into the batter and mix well.

4Heat oil in a pan add that cabbage gently, not at one time, fry until crispy.

5Serve hot with ketchup.
