- 1 small head cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. cheese, cut up fine
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. half and half milk
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Town House or Ritz)
- margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut cabbage into small pieces and cook in salted water until tender.

2Drain and put in casserole dish.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Add sugar, cheese, soup and milk.

5Mix in 1 cup of cracker crumbs.

6Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cracker crumbs on top and dot with margarine.

7Bake at 350° until brown and thickened.
