- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 14 oz. minced beef
- 7 oz. minced pork
- 1 large onion
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. finely ground bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- salt and black pepper after taste
Directions

1Heat oven to 390°F/200°C.

2Mince the cabbage head (except the coarse parts).

3Parboil in salted water; pour off water.

4Mince the onion and mash the potatoes.

5Mix all ingredients for the filling, except bread crumbs and butter.
