- 1 (425 g) can cherries, drained, halved and pitted
- 250 g light sour cream
- 34 cup light cream
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 2 eggs, lightly whisked
- 34 cup self raising flour, sifted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 190 degrees.

2Grease 4 x 250 mls ovenproof dishes.

3Divide cherries over the base of the dishes.

4Place dishes on baking tray.

5In a mdium bowl place sour cream, cream, sugar, vanilla and eggs.

6Whisk to combine well.

7Add flour and mix in well.

8Pour mixture evenly over cherries.

9Bake 30 minutes till golden.

10Dust with icing sigar if desired.
