  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 4 green onions, chopped (include tops)
  • 1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles, crushed
  • chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • seasoning packet from noodles
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Directions

    Toast, in a 325° oven for 10 minutes, the sesame seed and almonds.

    Combine with remaining ingredients.
