  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 c. dry rice, cooked
  • cabbage leaves dipped in boiling water

    Roll meat mixture in cabbage leaves and fasten with a toothpick.

    Brown in butter and place in a casserole to bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
