- 12 large cabbage leaves
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
Directions

1Immerse leaves in boiling water for 3 minutes or until limp. Drain.

2Combine egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef and cooked rice.

3Place 1/4 cup meat mixture in each leaf.

4Fold in sides and roll ends over meat.

5Use toothpick to secure, if necessary.

6Place in crock-pot.

7Combine tomato sauce with sugar, lemon juice and Worcestershire.

8Pour over cabbage rolls.

9Cover and cook for 8 hours on low.
