- 2 sinks full of green tomatoes
- 2 heads garlic
- 1 handful fresh ground cumin
- salt to taste
- red chili powder to taste
Directions

1Wash tomatoes; quarter and remove all seeds.

2Peel garlic.

3Put all ingredients in large pot with a quart of water.

4Watch pot so tomatoes won't stick.

5Add water as needed.

6When all tomatoes are tender, take off stove and cool.

7Run everything through blender. Return to stove; bring to a boil.

8Put in quart jars and process 45 minutes.

9Makes 7 to 9 quarts.
