- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. pork
- 1 lb. rice, cooked 3 minutes
- celery
- onion
- 3 heads cabbage, scaled cabbage leaves
- 2 cans tomato juice (large)
- sauerkraut
- 1 egg
Directions

1Fry onion and celery in oil.

2Rinse rice and boil 1 minute. Combine chuck and pork.

3Add egg and celery mixture.

4Season with salt, pepper and garlic.

5Place meat mixture in cooled cabbage leaf and roll.

6Cover with tomato juice and sauerkraut.

7Bake at 300° for 3 hours in large roasting pan.
