- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Pour boiling water over leaves.

2Let stand 5 minutes; drain. Mix beef, salt, pepper, onion, rice and egg together.

3Add some filling to each cabbage leaf.

4Fold over and fasten with toothpicks.

5Put rolls in pot.

6Pour tomato soup and water over rolls.

7Cover and cook until done.

8Cook in pressure canner 8 minutes after control jiggles for quick rolls.

9Filling can be used for stuffed peppers.
