- 1 lb. hamburger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 (No. 2) can tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- Velveeta cheese slices
Directions

1Saute minced onion and bell pepper in oil until brown.

2Add hamburger, salt and pepper.

3Brown this mixture and add cooked elbow macaroni and tomato juice.

4Season with chili powder and cover top with slices of Velveeta cheese.

5When cheese is melted, serve immediately.
