- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1/2 c. cream of tomato soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Saute sausage, rice and onion together in skillet, stirring often, about 5 minutes.

2Pour off fat.

3Cool, and add seasoning and cottage cheese.

4Drop cabbage leaves into boiling water for about 1 minute; drain.

5Divide rice mixture into four parts.

6Wrap each part in 2 cabbage leaves and fasten with a toothpick.

7Arrange in a 1-quart casserole.

8Mix soup, milk and sour cream together. Pour over cabbage rolls and bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
