  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 3/4 c. rice
  • 1 onion
  • salt and pepper

    Cook cabbage until tender; drain.

    Carefully separate leaves from stem end.

    In a large bowl, mix hamburger, sausage, rice, sauerkraut, onion, egg, salt and pepper; mix well.
