- 6 large cabbage leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.

2Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion, rice and egg.

3Mix well.

4Spoon mixture into cabbage leaves.

5Roll leaves around.

6Pour soup and water mixture over cabbage rolls.

7Cover and bake 1 hour at 400°.
