- 10 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef (uncooked)
- 3 Tbsp. each chopped onion, green pepper and celery
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 16 oz. can tomato paste
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
Directions

1Boil the cabbage leaves in salt water 5 to 8 minutes or until tender. Combine the next 8 ingredients.

2Place equal portions in each leaf. Fold 2 opposite ends over and place in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, seam side down.

3Combine remaining ingredients.

4Pour over cabbage rolls and bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
