- 3 lb. hamburger meat
- 3 cakes sausage
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 medium onion
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 2 large heads cabbage
Directions

1Cook hamburger meat and sausage and drain.

2Add rice, onion, salt and pepper, celery salt, thyme and oregano and cook until mixed.

3Put cabbage in hot water to wilt.

4Cut leaves from cabbage head.

5Add meat mixture, then roll this mixture up in the cabbage leaf.

6Stick a toothpick through to secure the leaf.

7Pour tomato sauce over the cabbage rolls and cover with foil.

8Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.

9Makes 15 to 20 cabbage rolls.
