- 1/4 c. water
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 cans tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste

1Parboil cabbage until tender.

3Mix hamburger, rice, salt, onion, pepper and 1 can of soup.

4Fill each leaf with mixture.

5Wrap and secure with a toothpick.
