- 1 1/2 c. brown rice
- 1 c. Vegaburger
- 1 onion (large)
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 12 large cabbage leaves
- salt to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and celery; add brown rice, Vegaburger, salt and seasonings.

2Simmer 5 minutes more.

3Steam cabbage leaves for 5 to 8 minutes each.

4Put 1/2 cup mixture in each leaf and roll up and place rolled edge down in pan.

5Cover with seasoned tomato sauce or 1/2 spaghetti sauce and 1/2 tomato sauce.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
