- 1 head cabbage
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 large can tomato soup
Directions

1Cut core from head of cabbage; peel off 12 leaves.

2Cover with water; bring to boil, remove and drain.

3Mix hamburger, egg, rice, onion and Parmesan cheese.

4Fill each leaf and roll.

5Put in baking pan and top with tomato soup.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
