- 1 firm cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. boiled rice
- 1 onion, grated
- salt
- pepper
- allspice
Directions

1Separate cabbage leaves.

2Wilt leaves for 5 minutes in boiling water.

3Mix other ingredients together and place 1 tablespoon of this filling in each leaf.

4Wrap and stick with a toothpick. Place rolls in buttered pan.

5Baste with butter and bake 1 hour. Pour a little cream in juice and thicken with flour.

6Pour over rolls to serve.
