- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook cabbage in salted water a few minutes to soften.

2Drain. Mix 2 tablespoons soup with remaining ingredients.

3Divide meat mixture among cabbage leaves; fold in sides and roll up, securing with toothpicks if needed.

4Place seam side down in pan or casserole.

5Place remaining soup on top of each roll.

6Bake in oven 2 hours at 325° to 350°.

7Spoon sauce over rolls several times.

8(I use a pan and cover with aluminum foil.)
