- 12 large cabbage leaves
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. fine chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Boil large kettle of water; place cabbage in water for about 3 minutes or until limp.

2Drain.

3Combine egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef and cooked rice.

4Place about 1/4 cup meat mixture in each leaf; fold in sides and roll ends over meat.

5Fasten with a toothpick.
