- 1 1/2 lb. boneless lean pork
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. raw rice
- 2 Tbsp. mixed parsley, dill, thyme, salt and pepper
- 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
- 24 cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. sauerkraut, drained (save juice)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
Directions

1Cook onions in large skillet.

2Add rice; cook until transparent.

3Put in seasoning.

4Add to pork in bowl.

5Add water to make creamy.

6Cut hard center out of cabbage; lie flat.

7Place small amount on center of leaf and roll.

8Line bottom of pan with sauerkraut.

9Place cabbage rolls on top.
