  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless lean pork
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. raw rice
  • 2 Tbsp. mixed parsley, dill, thyme, salt and pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 24 cabbage leaves
  • 1 lb. sauerkraut, drained (save juice)
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste

Directions

    Cook onions in large skillet.

    Add rice; cook until transparent.

    Put in seasoning.

    Add to pork in bowl.

    Add water to make creamy.

    Cut hard center out of cabbage; lie flat.

    Place small amount on center of leaf and roll.

    Line bottom of pan with sauerkraut.

    Place cabbage rolls on top.
