Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. cooked rice
- 6 large or 12 medium cabbage leaves
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients.

2Add meat and rice.

3Boil cabbage leaves 3 minutes or until limp.

4Drain; place 1/2 cup of meat mixture on cabbage leaf (1/4 cup for medium leaf).

5Fold sides under and roll up.

6Place in baking pan.

7Mix soup, brown sugar and lemon juice.

8Pour over rolls.

9Bake 1 1/4 hours, uncovered, in 350° oven.

10Baste occasionally.
