  • 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 heads cabbage
  • 2 cans kraut
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • salt to taste
  • pepper
  • 1 c. rice

Directions

    Heat a large pan of water to boiling.

    Put cabbage heads in water only to wilt.
  3. 3
    Mix ground chuck with rice, salt and pepper. Make small meat balls from meat mixture.

    Remove cabbage from water.
  5. 5
    Take cabbage leaves and wrap a meat ball in it.
  6. 6
    Repeat until all meat balls are used.
