- 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 heads cabbage
- 2 cans kraut
- 2 cans tomatoes
- salt to taste
- pepper
- 1 c. rice
Directions

1Heat a large pan of water to boiling.

2Put cabbage heads in water only to wilt.

3Mix ground chuck with rice, salt and pepper. Make small meat balls from meat mixture.

4Remove cabbage from water.

5Take cabbage leaves and wrap a meat ball in it.

6Repeat until all meat balls are used.
